Hearken ye, back to ye olden days! A simpler time? Maybe. A simpler beer? Heck no! Opening Day Ale celebrates the return of baseball with a strikingly clean but flavorful beer. Made with classic American hops and just enough flaked corn as a throwback to the days before the great mistake known as Prohibition. Brew it and they will come! I'm talkin' to you, Ray.

Color: 8 SRM (Copper). IBU: 35. ABV: 5.4%
Extract kits include liquid and/or dry malt extract, plus crushed specialty grains with a grain sock to steep. Partial mash kits include malt extract, plus a larger amount of crushed base malt and specialty grains with a grain sock, and require extra steeping time. All-grain kits include crushed base malt and specialty grains, and require advanced technique and equipment.
All kits also include:
