Hey Man, Nice Clone Weissbier - GNEISS BREWING CO Weiss Clone

Hey Man, Nice Clone is a brewery authorized clone recipe from our friends at Gneiss Brewing Company. Based on Gneiss's Weiss, our beer kit is rock solid. From Gneiss, "This beer relies on a grain bill heavy on the wheat to bring forward a clean spiciness and creamy mouthfeel, without even a hint of cloying sweetness.  We use American hops to help define the beer as a full flavored, easy drinking session beer."

Color: 4 SRM (A Hazy Yellow). IBU: 14. ABV: 4.9%.

Extract kits include liquid and/or dry malt extract, plus crushed specialty grains with a grain sock to steep. Partial mash kits include malt extract, plus a larger amount of crushed base malt and specialty grains with a grain sock, and require extra steeping time. All-grain kits include crushed base malt and specialty grains, and require advanced technique and equipment.

All kits also include:
• Hops
• Bottle caps and priming sugar
• Whirlfloc tablet or Irish moss
• Spices and/or other additives (if applicable)

• Yeast (you choose between dry yeast, liquid yeast, or no yeast)
