It may be one of the Three Terrors of the Fire Swamp, but you won't want to avoid this! You might describe this IPA as piney and citrusy from liberal doses of hops. You will definitely describe this as delicious, and maybe eerily similar to an IPA you can find on tap just up the road a bit.
(Yes, we totally pulled a Dread Pirate Roberts and "borrowed" from our friends in Orono for this recipe. Inconceivable!)
Color: 6 SRM (Yellow). IBU: 70. ABV: 6.7%.
Extract kits include liquid and/or dry malt extract, plus crushed specialty grains with a grain sock to steep. Partial mash kits include malt extract, plus a larger amount of crushed base malt and specialty grains with a grain sock, and require extra steeping time. All-grain kits include crushed base malt and specialty grains, and require advanced technique and equipment.
